Born on January 27, 1959 in Ismailya, Egypt; ordained Priest on July 27, 1992 in Paris. In years 1994-2007 taught at École Cathédrale de Paris, in 2007-2011 – at Bernardin College in Paris. At the same time he studied Jewish Thought at Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Master and Doctorate) and served at Saint James Vicariate and Maronite parish in Jerusalem. Since 2014 – Pastor of the Hebrew-speaking Catholic parish of Jerusalem. On September 2, 2017 took charge of the Coordination for Pastoral Among Migrants in Israel (CPAM). Appointed Patriarchal Vicar for Saint James Vicariate for Hebrew speaking Catholics in Israel on October 21, 2017. In 2018 when the CPAM was transformed into Vicariate for Migrants and Asylum Seekers in Israel (VMAS), he was appointed its Patriarchal Vicar.
