Born on January 27, 1959 in Ismailya, Egypt; ordained Priest on July 27, 1992 in Paris. In years 1994-2007 taught at École Cathédrale de Paris, in 2007-2011 – at Bernardin College in Paris. At the same time he studied Jewish Thought at Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Master and Doctorate) and served at Saint James Vicariate and Maronite parish in Jerusalem. Since 2014 – Pastor of the Hebrew-speaking Catholic parish of Jerusalem. On September 2, 2017 took charge of the Coordination for Pastoral Among Migrants in Israel (CPAM). Appointed Patriarchal Vicar for Saint James Vicariate for Hebrew speaking Catholics in Israel on October 21, 2017.

Auxiliary Bishop and Patriarchal Vicar for Jerusalem and Palestine, General Vicar of the LPJ

Born on April 24, 1945 in San Polo di Piave, (TV), Italy; after completing his formation at the Seminary of Beit Jala was ordained Priest on June 22, 1969 in Jerusalem. Appointed Titular Bishop of Siminina on April 29, 1993 (then titular bishop of Emmaus from October 29, 1994) and ordained Bishop on July 3, 1993 in Jerusalem. After 24 years of service as a Patriarchal Vicar for Israel, on June 24, 2017 he was appointed Genera Vicar of  the LPJ and Patriarchal Vicar for Jerusalem and Palestine.

Latin Patriarchal Vicar for Israel

Born in Karak, Jordan on January 22, 1955. Studied at the Seminary of Beit Jala, ordained priest on June 15, 1979 in Madaba (Jordan). Served at the parishes of Ramallah, Misdar, Abu Dhabi (as “donum fidei”), Fuheis and, since 2003, Marj Alhamam, and other chaplainces. Among other services, he has been Judge of the Ecclesiastical Latin Tribunal in Amman (1990-2011), General Director of the Latin Schools and General Secretary of the Christian Educational Institutions in Jordan (2001-2008), and played a role in inter-religious dialogue. 
On August 15, 2017 was appointed Latin Patriarchal Vicar for Israel and took office in Nazareth. He speaks Arabic, English, French and Italian.

Apostolic Administrator of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem

Born in Cologno al Serio (Bergamo) on 21 April 1965. He entered the Franciscan Order in September 1984; made Solemn Profession on October 10, 1989 and was ordained Priest on September 15, 1990. In October 1990, he was transferred to the Holy Land,  was Vicar of the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem for the pastoral care of Hebrew-speaking Catholics in Israel. He served as Custos of the Holy Land from 2004 to 2016. Since 2008, he has been a Consultor in the Commission for Relations with Judaism for the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Unity among Christians.

He was appointed Apostolic Administrator sede vacante of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem on June 24, 2016 until the appointment of a new Patriarch, and Titular Archbishop of Verbe, formally taking charge of the Latin Patriarchate on July 15, 2016. Ordained Archbishop on September 10, 2016 in Bergamo, Italy.

Born on January 8, 1941 in Zghorta (Liban), ordained Priest of Order of Discalced Carmelites on April 17, 1966 in Rome. Degree in Philosophy at the Arab University of Beiruth. In 1981 elected Provincial of Discalced Carmelites. On August 21, 1983 ordained Archbishop of Baghdad, Iraq. On July 30, 1999 appointed Vicar Apostolic of Beirut and Titular Archbishop of Arae in Numidia. Retired on August 2, 2016.

Born on January 12, 1925 in Chemillé, France; on September 8, 1945 professed in the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin. Ordained Priest OFM Cap on June 29, 1951.

On the 21 of November 1992 appointed Bishop of Djibouti and Ordained Bishop on March 14, 1993. Retired on March 13, 2001. Resides in France.

Born on May 27, 1962 in Lebanon, entered Order of Friars Minor Conventual where solemnly professed on September 21, 1991. Ordained Priest OFM Conv. on April 17, 1993. Served as Custos OFM Conv. of the Orient and the Holy Land. On  August 2, 2016 was appointed Titular Bishop of Mareotes and Vicar Apostolic of Beirut (Lebanon). Consecrated Bishop on the 8th of October 2016 in Beirut.
